Q: I'm disconnecting with "INVALID STEAM USER ID TICKET"
Valve fucked up some shit with Source SDK Base 2007 mods (that's what this is). when you join the server, either right away or eventually you are going to get kicked right after connecting for the error INVALID STEAM USER ID TICKET.
A: This is a Valve issue, as much as we wish we could fix it on our end we can't. Users have reported that closing steam, deleting steam/clientregistry.blob OR steam/config (deleting this will force you to re-add your computer on steam guard), restarting steam and trying again has been successful.
Q: I'm crashing at startup with a client.dll error!
A: This is mostly happening to people who don't realise this is a private beta. If you are not in the group, the game will not function until we reach V5. If you ARE in the group, ensure the mod requirements (HL2:DM and CSS) are up to date and launchable.
Q: I can't get past the start up video!
A: If you're sure you have everything installed and you aren't interrupting the video in some way (by alt-tabbing or minimzing and then trying to go back to it) then just add -novid to the launch parameters.
Q: I get a cache error when starting
A: Ensure CSS and HL2:DM are up to date and launchable. This usually happens to people when there's a pending CSS update that isn't fully downloaded or installed.
