Hi. I dont really know either of you really well, but i am going to say, Artuurs, you care way too much about something that you shouldnt really be bothered about. It seems like youre using a personal vendetta or hatrid for that person and leveraging the fact he did something you dont like and that it may or may not be a rule break, against him. Honestly man, dont stress about it, what's the big deal? If it's a major problem, flag the file and the admins will look at it o.O Way to overreact.
