If you get 'My Bones' in a bundle and it launches without issues it might be worth the 10 minutes it takes to complete. I got it in a bundle a few years ago so even though I ended up watching a walkthrough on YouTube because it wouldn't launch and none of the troubleshooting I could find fixed it, I don't feel like I'm missing anything or lost out. As the game is being sold on Steam for £0.79 at the time of this review, it would be nice if something could be done to fix the launch issue though. All the possible solutions I found were on a community thread, nothing from the developer. If anyone knows how to make this game run on Windows 10 I would be happy to edit this review to include the fix and to evaluate the game based on my own gameplay experience rather than the YouTube walkthrough that was my only option because the game wouldn't launch.

I wanted to love this. Although it's aimed at children I think people of all ages could enjoy a well-made educational game, but this isn't very well-made. As other reviewers have said, there are issues with windowed/full screen mode and screen resolution selection. Once you have it set up you realise it's mostly text which often blends into the background so it's difficult to read. The walking simulator controls are slow to respond and the three mini-games are so simple even a very young child probably won't spend more than a minute on each. There's about 5 or 10 minutes of "play" here depending on reading speed and time spent looking at the art. If this was a demo I'd like the concept enough to check out the full version. If your child is interested in animals, a book or documentary would be better than this. If you find it in a game bundle like I did, it can be fun to watch friends get annoyed at the setup and controls.

Bought 'Typer Shark Deluxe' to improve my typing speed and although it isn't challenging enough for me it is perfect for anyone new to touch typing. The only complaint I have about 'Typer Shark Deluxe' is that it doesn't shut down properly and doesn't show in task manager so I have to restart my computer to close the game.

If you want to become an expert at touch typing I would recommend starting with 'Typer Shark Deluxe' and moving on to 'Typing Of The Dead' when 'Typer Shark Deluxe' starts to seem to easy.

I'm wondering why this is still listed as a demo. It is the full version as far as I can tell, it's just very short and can be completed in less than 10 minutes.
Coil is an interactive work of art rather than a game, and the story can be interpreted in many different ways. It's not something I would recommend to everyone because I can see it upsetting and/or offending certain people. That being said, it is a simple and beautiful concept.

I replayed this version of 'Dear Esther' after playing 'Dear Esther: Landmark Edition' and if you're only gonna play one I'd recommend the landmark edition over this version. 'Dear Esther' is all about the visuals and the atmosphere so the improved graphics, additional details and objects, the additional dialogue, and the remastered audio add so much to the game.

In my original review I said I love the story, visuals, and atmosphere but found it a bit short if you stick to the path and don't go off exploring or take time to look at the environments. That's still true, however, I think most people play this kind of game to appreciate the atmosphere, and it will take a lot longer to complete if you're taking the time to do that.

Certain things are randomised so you can get a slightly different experience each time you play.

The total lack of camera control is the only reason I don't recommend this game. Although it is playable, the random camera angle and zoom changes quickly become very annoying. If, like me, you got this game in a bundle it's worth playing. If not, there are lots of other cute platform games on Steam.

This is a fun little game to kill time with. The only real objective is to beat high scores and the gameplay would get dull if you sat playing it for a long time in one sitting. It's fun to log in every so often and beat friends high scores though. I would like to have the option to toggle the leaderboard between global and friends list as it can be difficult to keep track of friends scores.
