This group was created to thank everyone that has helped me with the survey I posted at steamgifts, so you can all be properly notified when the upcoming thank you giveaway begins. :)
I still have to count everyone's game choice votes, so the game that will be given away is yet to be determined, but I'll post the results as soon as I can. So for now, all you have to do is be sure you're in the group and wait.
Don't ask about the group image. I was hungry, Christmas is coming and I was too lazy to make a proper image. :') I'm open to suggestions, though.
Though it's a single player adventure, you never feel alone because you have the lovely voice of GladOS to accompany you sarcastically through the whole thing. Truly, GladOS alone is already worth your purchase. And of course, the turrets I so enjoy fooling and killing with a milk box, which I'm not supposed to... well, not with a milk box, anyway. <3
Seriously though, if you like puzzle games, this quick but impression lasting game with a FPS touch will most likely take your heart away~ What goes in one portal, goes out from the other, with momentum! Play for too long, and you'll start seeing portals where you shouldn't, outside the game. And you might never look at an "exit" sign the same way again.
And once you finish it, you can try the advanced mode levels and challenges for a little bit more. :)
A cheap yet surprisingly fun little game. It might seem silly at first look, but it becomes quite addictive. If you like Ghost Master, Katamari Damacy, or destroying your cities in Sim City, you'll probably enjoy this too. Help grannies cross the street, make cars fly though a ramp and smash into buildings, leave explosive cows around the streets, have fun, and destroy the city!
The game also has, currently, a holiday objective for it, for those after the gifts from The Great Gift Pile. :)
If you've never played this game, play it, nao! On sale or not, this game is worth it. If you like The Sims to some degree you'll probably enjoy this too, specially if you've ever removed the ladder out of the pool, trapped them or were ever amused by their disgrace.
Differently from The Sims you can't control humans directly, your main (initial) goal is to scare the hell out of them and to do that you have ghosts and scary creatures at your disposal, the more they scare, the more powerful they get. As the game progresses, things get more tricky than simply scaring off humans off the premises and what might have seemed like a silly game at a glance becomes and an addictive, fun and challenging game as you must release other ghosts and do things in certain orders to succeed.
Seriously, try it. And if it's on sale and you actually decide you don't like it, all you're losing is a buck.. which is cheaper than a small slice of cake, or like buying a soda.
I have Warhammer 40.000, TF2 items etc
Tell me if you are interested. Also we can talk in portuguese xD
