I haven't had a full play through yet, but I'm about 100 turns in and although there are some things that need patched, Millennia has really drawn me into it's world, similar to what Civ V still does to this day. This game goes "out of the box" with new ideas and I'm always making tough choices. I hope they make some QOL adjustments and improve the battle system, but I love this fresh take on the 4x genre.

AOW in a futuristic sci-fi setting, yes please!

I have only played a few hours but it's AoW and I'm already having a blast playing just like I've done with any of the AoW games.

I've only played through the first mission but like some have said, it reminds me of a mix of into the breach and xcom. Lots of choices to make, not only tactical, but what upgrades you want. I'll be spending a lot of time playing this game and for $11 it's a no brainer.

Simple to play yet brutal to win and I'm loving every minute of it.

It improves on ES1 in every way and has many working parts that at times can be frustrating, but still a engrossing 4x game that never gets boring.

EL is still my favorite Amplitude game but ES2 isn't far behind.

One of the best 4x space games I have ever played and I'm still just scratching the surface. As more DLC comes out, the game continues to develop into something unlike anything I've played as far as space 4x goes. You really feel like you're exploring alien worlds as you make many decisions to the future of your species.

Finally some DLC for this great 4x space game! Two new races, 9 new rulers, 4 new leaders and 4 new music tracks. Keep supporting this developer and ISG, it's easy to learn but hard to master and the DLC adds more content that complements the game and adds more options!

Fantastic TBS game, especially when playing with WOTC DLC. The game will kick your butt many times and you'll lose many soldiers in the process, but you'll keep coming back to take on those chosen and anyone else who stands in the way of Xcom! It's up to you commander!!

Very deep TBS Civ style game. Build up your cites, military and ships as you set out to peacefully conquer new lands or acquire by force. I'm not much on the historical campaign but playing sandbox mode is fantastic! Aggressors AR has tons of fresh ideas and game mechanics and requires some manual reading or LP's to fully understand some of the mechanics. If you have time and patience and really learn what this game has to offer I think you'll find a very fun and engrossing TBS game. It took me some time to figure out what I was doing but now I'm really drawn into the game and all the decisions I have to make in order to survive against the many nations that want my territory.
