Easily one of the best sandbox games out there. You should know that this game might not be your cup of tea; it takes the 50/50 mix of comedy and drama and cranks it all the way to 'comedy'. So if you liked some of the edgier moments in SR2, you might not like The Third.
Saints Row showed the world you can make a decent GTA Clone. Saints Row 2 showed the world you can beat Rockstar at their own game.
Easily one of the best games I've ever played. It's crazy fun.
PROTIP: Get the Gentlemen of the Row Modpack. It fixes TONS of problems and makes the game far more PC friendly.
