Pros (mainly comparing to Oblivion):
Fighting is less clunky
AI is smarter
Less buggy overall
Good graphics
Sometimes I just laugh about how details these developers thought about certain game scenarios.

Cons:
Screams that it was a console kind of game first
I highly recommend some mods to fix some things (better menu's, less crashy, etc.)
Some big PC related issues, such as tons of crashing
The main quest storyline is super weak. Not as bad as Oblivions, but still poor.
Dragon Fighting is rather boring, even the first time was kinda a downer.

These are just a few. But overall if you liked Oblivion you'll love this game even more.

Don't get it if you're expecting it to be a Dungeon Kepper game. What a bunch of crap. I's not even fun for what it is.
