Great game with an interesting world that you get to explore in cooperative multiplayer with your friends. Somewhat buggy but still highly recommended.

SimCity 4 is perhaps the most comprehensive city simulation game currently available despite its age. The game offers a deep economic system that may seem overwhelming at first to a new player but a system that is still easy enough to learn relatively quickly. This depth in gameplay has ensured that a massive and an extremely active modding community still exists offering a large number of patches from game-improving mechanics to a plethora of new buildings made by community artists. SimCity 4 is highly recommended for anyone interested in realistic city simulation.
