Whilst certainly not without it's flaws; the clunky UI and somewhat poor scaling/perk balance being most obvious, Skyrim still manages to be an absolutely stellar game; far supassing Oblivion, and definitely being game of the year material.

Once the creation kit is out, even those flaws listed above should be fixable; leaving only a great RPG with almost infinite gameplay thanks to the ever devoted modding community.

If you have any interest in RPGs with high production values, or the elder scrolls series at all; you owe it to yourself to buy this game. :3
