This is near to if not the funniest game that I have ever played. This is the only historical, strategic, ball-rolling game that will ever be made and it would be a shame to miss out on it.

If you're a history buff with a taste for Monty Python cartoons and cathartically rolling large balls through towers then for love's sake do not miss out on this game.

Amazingly innovative and sublimely beautiful; The Void is the best game ever made. In an era of recycled formulas, The Void stands unique and daring. The Void is in a genre of its own creation.
The Void is nonlinear in the extreme with (at least) three different endings. You even have the option of failing every quest and still suceeding in your main objective (whatever you choose that to be.) You can even fail to fulfil your main objective. Yes, this game does not hold your hand and lets several not-totally-integral things go unmentioned.
The joy of discovery is alive in The Void. As Shadow of the Colossus keeps you enthralled with curiosity as to the form of its Colossi, so does The Void inspire explorations of its Chambers.
The graphics are not up to Crysis 2 standards in technical proficiency but far exceed Crytek's latest achievement in terms of aesthetics. I could take almost any given screenshot and hang it on my wall.
Buy it, it'll be the best $9.99 you'll ever spend.
