Entire cities are destructible, giant insects, explosives, air strikes, tanks, mechs, motorcycles with mounted guns...
...and that's literally just the tip of the iceberg.

Cheap! Fun! Tough as nails after like level 2 lol
Play with a friend and just prioritize talking over playing. It's a good background occupation.

Look at my hours. Do you think that was all fun? Because it wasn't. The first like 100 were. After that it slowly transitioned into a simple addiction. The sunk-cost fallacy.
Don't fall for it, man. Play a video game that actually has an ending.

Never cared about missions in these games. Only wanna fly around and blow ♥♥♥♥ up for an hour or two whenever I'm in the mood. If that's not your cup of tea, disregard all this buuulssheeeeit.

Just Cause 2 ran like a dream, looked beautiful regardless of graphics settings, and movement flowed well. It just looked and felt good. Only complaint would be that taking damage was frustrating. Idk what it was exactly. It never felt like you were getting shot, it just felt like one of those mounted machine guns in video games that when you fire too long, it overheats, so you just need to manage this sliding heat scale. That's your health. Bullets are coming from every direction. It's just sort of "Do too many enemies exist in your vicinity for too long? Yes? Dead."

JC3 is more or less the same. Some cooler destruction physics, larger scale, a few bridges and things. Same thing with too many enemies existing around you for too long. Screen turns more and more red, you dead.
Graphically kinda looks... not great. I play completely maxed out at 1080p and it looks WORSE than JC2 for some reason. Edges of things are jagged and weird, like anti-anti-aliasing lol. Looks like mostly fullbright with dynamic environment shadows patched over the whole world.

TL;DR: Maybe like $3 just to fly around with the wingsuit for a few hours. That's kinda cool.

ONE IN THE PIPE.

One of the most brutally badass games I've ever played. KF2 is great and all sure, but it's no KF1. There is no other KF1. Grunge aesthetics akin to Silent Hill decor, with great heavy music while you hold your ground and decapitate or otherwise dismember anyone who dare tread on you.
Surprisingly enough in the harder difficulties, this game REALLY rewards you for mechanical skill, as well as damage/HP knowledge on enemies and weapons. That's mainly due to the extremely limited RNG involved in playing, which is a beautiful thing. It's one of the main factors this has become such a cult classic.
For the rare newbies in this year and onwards: A Hell on Earth bro, is a bro to the end.
Don't play Firebug though. lol
