In order to add me you must meet the following requirements.


•Passed full physical fitness test.
•Intense short-distance running expertise.
•Uninterrupted performance of 80 push-ups.
•Uninterrupted performance of 100 sit-ups.
•50 meter freestroke swim.
•Combat diving skill.
•Cross-country march (travelling 64 km in under 15 hours, carrying a 30 kg backpack).


•Mental recovery, endurance, self-control and the fortitude to overcome difficult situations.
•ESP expectancy score.

After I verify you meet the requirements and I accept you, you will then partake in professional training exercises (also known as drills), lead by me. These are to further ensure you meet the requirements of being my friend.

•Shooting (must score at least 95% for a target at 3000ft, and 100% for a target at 1800ft)
