The raffle that never ends!

This is a group dedicated to a never-ending raffle for a prize of the winner's choosing (within reason!) in TF2. This is a non-profit raffle group; all items entered go back to the players. Here is how it works:
One scrap metal acts as one entry into the raffle, which will be recorded in a publicly viewable online spreadsheet, including your steam community ID and date of entry.
To enter: Open trade with an Admin (listed below) and give them your entry. They will then update the spreadsheet here accordingly.
Once there are 30 entries, a winner is randomly chosen using http://www.random.org. Why 30 instead of 27? Over time, the extra reclaimed will be used for "free" raffles, for users that actively join in, but have not won anything.
You may put in as many entries as you like. While obviously this means that putting in more entries gives you a better chance of winning, you would also be winning less compared to what you put in. The probability of any one entry winning is always exactly the same.
Since this is a continuous raffle, entries will be continually accepted, and once a raffle is full, other metal will roll over into the next raffle.
The winner gets to choose from four prizes!
1. A randomly crafted hat.
2. 1 key and 1 crate.
3. 3 refined.
4. A hat or other item that I hunt down for you (within reason!).
A tally of how many raffles have taken place, the winners, and how much metal is in the future free raffle bank will be maintained.
This group is just for fun! Admins will never be entered into the drawings unless they pay to enter like any other user.
