For those still looking for Force Feedback drivers, go here: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/linuxff

The modified force feedback driver is currently experimental. I am looking for a few tech savvy testers that are willing to try out a few things and compare things to Windows. This does require a bit of knowledge about loading (and for non-ubuntu 14.04, building) kernel modules.

In my repo there is a replacement file for drivers/hid/hid-lg4ff.c and a replacement file for ff-memless-next which works around a bug in ETS2.

hey
i just compile, a modprobed ff-memless-next driver. but don't know, what to do with that to do with your repo :-(

For now look https://github.com/edwin-v/linux-hid-lg4ff-next . You'll need this and the linked ff-memless-next repo. I included a patch for the latter, which works around a bug in ETS2. I used a DFGT for testing, so that part is fine.
