As one of the authors of the RYTP pack, I want you take a look at my GMod ragdoll version. I've only made Epifancev so far, and am going to make Maslaev and Pahom in time. Can I post the ragdoll addon on Workshop when it's done?

It can't get you banned because skin feature is officially supported by Steam client. Our system simply compiles skin with custom options and automatically makes it available to Steam client, so ideally it's a simple double click on stskin file and it's done.

You should make a version that when you download your skins, they can be put in the skins folder
