2) Type "voice_show_mute".
3) Find nickname of the person you want to mute.
4) Remember this person's ID.
5) Type "voice_mute X", X is ID of the person.

Probably my favorite game. The first where I was truly lost in its world for weeks, hurrying home to play it. Terrific voice acting and character work, the premier 1980s soundtrack at the time. Great driving and flying experiences, beautiful scenery, gruesome violence and the thrill of crime. The PC version benefits from some graphics engine upgrades, although having a mouse made it too easy for me. Play it with your favorite controller. But play it if you haven't, it's still surprisingly good.
