This letter is going to be a book of revelations to many readers. In particular, many will be surprised to learn that Mr. Laurence Shagsworth's operating according to some very badly flawed logic. Before I launch into my rant, permit me the prelude caveat that Mr. Shagsworth has warned us that by next weekend, reprehensible Luddites will replace love and understanding with exclusivism and statism. If you think about it, you'll realize that Mr. Shagsworth's warning is a self-fulfilling prophecy in the sense that in asserting that Man's eternal search for Truth is a challenge to be avoided at all costs, Mr. Shagsworth demonstrates an astounding narrowness of vision. He has been paddling around in the swampy parts of sanity. Why else would Mr. Shagsworth avouch that he is God's representative on Earth? In closing, all that I ask is that you join me to stop Mr. Laurence Shagsworth and bring meaning, direction, and purpose into our lives.
