Hetairia is a small community of elderly Vietnam veterans who resist the trend towards a nanny-state in Uzbekistan. Here they maintain a forum used to organise yearly protests consisting of flying over major cities in an aircraft that only maintains altitude when all passengers flap their arms out the windows to increase lift. From there, mildly offensive pamphlets are dropped unto the unsuspecting citizens, that they may take notice of the myriad of problems still threatening Uzbekistan today and write to their local representatives demanding a firmer stance of our government towards the democratically elected Uzbekistan pretender-god-king dr. V. Dracula.

When not engaged in revolutionary acts, they write about the issues concerning the world today, tomorrow, and the day before tomorrow.
