Incredible game. Don't go into it expecting to literally play for free, though. You'll be purchasing energy sometime down the line, trust me.

The best option for a new player to the game looking to get started would be to just bite the bullet and drop $6 on the "monthly fee" option, the month-long elevator pass that reduces elevator costs to 0, allowing you to dungeon dive infinitely so long as time remains on the pass.

PROTIP: Never sell your hard-earned crystal energy, just bite the bullet and grind for your crowns.

Mega Man X, but extremely short and with no cool power-stealing gimmick. Plays like a flash game.

It's like an odd combination of the original Halo and Tribes. Very fun, but the unlock system is a bit frustrating (higher level players get some stupidly broken things), and even with the DLC, there aren't many maps.
