Deus Ex/Skyrim/Bioshock. The question is, why arn't you buying this sooner?

It's more along the lines of Deus Ex but slightly more open. The levels/areas arn't as linear and its the first game where my actions have had proper concequences. Killed a load of guys, guys came back later as zombie style dudes. Poisoned some supply of health stuff, the poor suffered due to it being the only blackmarket source. Only reason i did it was because it killed loads of guys from a certain gang. Fun times :)

Is it a Sandbox, like Syrim, or a themepark, like Deus Ex?
