If you're hosting a server, then your computer will be listening for connections that you did not initiate yourself. Most firewalls (including NATs in routers etc...) will not allow that unless you forward ports or enable DMZ to your machine. I don't know what ports a custom server in MNC listens on, but you'd have to open those unless you want to open them all (DMZ). Hopefully this helps :)

Hello World, err... Steam.

Just a group to coordinate Monday Night Combat players in the Australia area.

As things ramp up, somebody might be motivated to organise a tournament or something, but in true Australian fashion we probably can't be arsed because of the heat.

Even if you're not into this genre you will find this game very enjoyable and the CO-OP campaign is a lot of fun!

If you played MNC, you might not like this game since it is slower paced. The game is good if you have balanced teams but becomes absolutely bloody unbearable if your teammates don't help you. The game has a lot more features and improvements than MNC, but it also has some flaws. However try the game out. If you like MOBA/DOTA games and enjoy team based gameplay, then this is for you.

I doubt I will find a game more fun than this! MNC does not have amazing graphics or visual effects but you will always want to play more because this game is FUN. Because of the lack of support from UberEnt. the servers are dying and you might get 12 or so people that will play it at one time. I will miss this game and so will many people. Many new players didnt like it because they weren't good at it or didn't understand how the game worked. MNC has the best headshot system. You click on a head - you hear a ding. What more could you want? If your reading this and you havent played it, then it is truly your loss.
