This little gem is definitely not a sidescrolling Minecraft.
Minecraft was a fun game that I picked up during the mid-beta phase, and loved it. It always stood as pure fun exploration and imagination, and while Terraria may seem like Minecraft in terms of game mechanics, differences are to be found. It places less emphasis on exploring your environment and more on how to become the master of it, whether it be through new armors and items or by brilliant weapons crafted from rare materials. Great Multiplayer fun is to be had here, and it definitely has a much better fanbase then its often-compared 3D counterpart. With Minecraft's recent direction that it has been heading, most if not all of the joy and magic has left, turning more into what Terraria is, but horribly nerfed. Terraria's combat based gameplay, vast terrain, and overwhelming content really makes this game stick out from others, and has given me a pure gaming experience the likes of which Minecraft never could.

Fall of Cybertron sports an excelent story mode that fells like a movie and a game at the same time, a captivating multiplayer where you can make your own transformers, and War for Cybertron's co-op Escalation mode. This game really appeals to transformers fans, and fulfilled my expectations and more.
