This is an extremely silly old school-style turn-based RPG. Battles are fast-paced despite being turn-based, and there is tons of humor all over the game. It's so cheap you definitely want to pass on your next sundae to buy this.

Super Meat Boy is a very difficult, but very rewarding game. It is a platformer in the style of old. If you like platformers from the NES age, this game is perfect for you. The game has a ton of levels. They are short, but they get really difficult later on. It's the kind of game where there is no "game over". You lose a life, and a second later, you're ready to have another go, as many times as you can take it. Progress is always saved.

Controls are flawless. Once you know how to control the characters, it is incredibly fluid! There are many unlockable characters, warp zones, minus levels, a light world / dark world system... It's a very "complete" game, with a lot of content. While a large chunk of the content is optional, this is awesome for completionists and people who just enjoy playing the game to its fullest.

Each light world stage has a dark world counterpart : a twisted, much harder version of the light world level. If you want the true ending, you'll have to conquer those.
