-----

Rallfo's Place was a gaming community that ran the most popular Killing Floor servers globally in 2009.

We had the largest and the best servers, we were the first with 32 slots and automatic level 6 perks with a lot more besides (ask some of the old regulars...)

Why is Rallfo's Place no more?

KF no longer has the regular player base that would sustain as large a gaming community including servers as we had back in 2009

Servers like these cost money to run that's funded through donations. At it's height we had 6 large 24-32 man servers, a load of standard KF and L4D/L4D2 servers and even a TF2 server as well as website forums voice etc... This all cost in the region of £250 / month to run.

It was great while it lasted but come Christmas 2009 when all the new games came out most of the "old guard" stopped playing KF, that is the core thoroughbred gamers like you guys who'd actually donate.

The various discounts and deals that started around then have kept KF on life support with influxes of new players coming but they're fickle casual gamers or just cheapskates with little interest in supporting a community like this (i.e. donating).
