You'll be up all hours of the night for weeks playing through the (long) campaign. The battle system where you'll spend most of your time plays like an evolution of SC2's supermelee. Has some RPG trappings too, but it's mostly an action game. Fun quippy audio, decent graphics, a streamlined interface that gets right to the point and stays out of your way. All in all, it's a bit grindy at times, but overall very enjoyable.

I've found this as addictively 'one more turn' as the Civilization games..

It's not as bad as folks say it is. Cheaper than a plane ticket to the Holy Lands, and slightly less hazardous to your health.
