If you like MMORPGs, but dislike mindless grinding, this is the game for you. On top of the standard questing and instanced dungeons, this has planar invasions, rifts, raid rifts, chronicles, instant adventures, and that's just for the PvE side!

I hadn't played theis game until recently because for some reason the game cover didn't represent what the game actually feels like. Then I saw some video about Darksiders 2, comparing it to the original, and I thought "hey if it really is like that, then I should try it!". Disregard the reviews saying it's some sort of Legend of Zelda. Yes it has dungeons, and there's a chest with a map in each of them, and you get new weapons and "hear pieces", and kill monsters with swords, but isnt' that what most other action games do too? You are a fucking HORSEMAN OF THE APOCALYPSE, with a HUGE sword, killing countless demons AND angels!

If I had to compare it to other games, I'd find similarities to Devil May Cry, Onimusha, Legacy of Kain, God of War and yes, Legend of Zelda (although the style is too different to really compare them).

It's what an action game is supposed to be. I loved it. And I'm looking forward to playing the second one.

Best game ever (so far).
