UPDATE (1/6/11) - Chat room is up at all times: server times will be shown through announcement, comment on chat room, or comment on profile; Spots are filled for those looking to be Officers; Servers (should close) at 10PM; Servers will usually start at 3:30 or 4, break at 4:45 or so, restart at 5:20 or so; admins will now have the authority to call votes/polls in chat room (as anyone else can, now)
