This is an anti-recommendation. This game is, frankly, terrible. Engrish all over the place. Not even funny. Ignoring that, it seems pretty unstable, and the gameplay is nothing special.
Fun little top-down sci-fi shooter with minor RPG elements, though still a bit unpolished. The story is simple, but unlike most in the genre, it HAS a story. If you've ever played any the old Escape Velocity games and enjoyed them, you'll certainly want to give SPAZ a try.
An old game, you'd think. Boring, simple. You'd be wrong. Age of Wonders is a true strategy classic, with strong RPG elements. Any fan of strategy gaming and/or classic Tolkienian fantasy would be well pleased with this game.
