Natural Selection blends first-person combat with real-time strategy in atmospheric sci-fi environments. It allows one player to become Commander and issue orders to live players from a top-down perspective. The marines use near-future technology like siege cannons and phase gates and the aliens evolve into lifeforms that run on walls, fly and devour marines whole. NS has an orchestral soundtrack by Jeremy Soule and was created by Unknown Worlds Entertainment, Inc.

I think, therefore I am what I think I am
Im on a quest to find the coolest place in the world. All I need is a submarine made out of empty beer cans, a pair of rubber party pants and a parot that can burp his own name.
Warning: This game can be very addicting. They have taken both concepts of tower defense type games and mixed them with mmo/rpg elements allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds. They seem to add new content (free and paid) pretty often as well. And you cant beat 4 player Co-op.
This great game came as a surprise, but then indie games tend to do that. Its a rather simple isometric adventure game with D2 like combat only slower paced. What makes this game amazing however are the extra things they added to it. The voice narration for one, is amazing. The narrator has such an epic voice, and is talking all through out the game as you play. The music is also wonderful. The graphics look more like a painting than computer pixels, and is cool to see. For the price, this is a steal, especially if you happen to see it on sale.
