Breaks the recent trend of bad Sonic games and really sets the standard once again. The visuals are amazing, taking advantage of the recently upgraded Hedgehog Engine, and surprisingly for a console port includes configurable graphics and Steamwork integration. A lot of fun to play, and works plug 'n' play with the Xbox 360 Controller.
This game is a pure gem and is a completely different experience to its Source-based successor. I think everybody on Steam should have at least played this game as its still fun to play and easily stands up to modern FPS games today, despite its nostalgic graphics on the Goldsrc engine. The game is also great for those with weaker computers such as laptops, and means you can get your CS dosage wherever you are, whatever you're on!
This game has quite the learning curve but is still good fun, and ranks alongside Call of Duty 2 as my favourite WWII shooters. The game does feel unfinished in comparison to Counter-Strike: Source and Team Fortress 2 unfortunately, and would definitley benefit with some new content and a makeover from Valve.
