War for Cybertron is probably the single greatest transformers game I have ever played. the vehicles handle great, combat is a little repetitive but fun, and the story has taught me things about transformers I never knew before. The jet sections are easily some of my favourite and this is topped with the fact that you can even be a jet transformer in multiplayer. Pretty much a fantastic game and I wish more of my friends had it so that I could try the coop.
Do you like killing giant monsters with robots? Do you like overarching storylines that all tie together at the climactic ending? Do you hate helicopters?
If so, this may be the game for you.
Loads of character customization, huge monsters, new vehicles, new weapons, MASSIVE boss battles, highly varied environments
The only problem I have with this game is a lack of online presence (every time I played there were plenty of online campaigns but no one in deathmatch etc.)
I remember when I first played Dead Rising 2 I was blown away by all the little details. the stores looked like they'd been ransacked, which really added to the "overrun with zombies" feeling. things like telling you what clothes you were about to try on and being able to move while aiming improved on the original that I loved so much.
It may have lost the ability to take pictures, but replacing that with the ability to tape objects together (albeit in pre-defined combinations) has added another little twist to an already enjoyable game.
I highly recommend this game to anyone who wants to tape a shotgun to a pitchfork, and hit the slots (and some zombies).
