We would prefer to return the money if the game is not for you or if you misinterpreted the trailer. Probably that would help some possible fans to try it without risks. In fact, I think you can now return games on Steam if you have played few and you didn't like it at all.
Anyway, thank you for your support buying our game and thank you for your feedback!
Thanks
- You know who is an enemy looking at its colour. Unless you are colour-blind you shouldn't have a problem with that (and colours can be modified if you are)
- Saving is marked by a floppy disk save icon! If the checkpoint saves your game it has the icon. Not that difficult, right? And the frequency of save points changes with difficulty, as explained on the difficulty selection menu. What else do you need to know? If you had to restart after 19/20 rings it is because you selected the highest difficulty level, and there was a explanation in that selection menu.
- There is a shield meter! It is the only interface together with the score on the top of the screen. Those shileds you see printed on screen are the shields you have left. Not intuitive enough?
- Restoring shields can be done with power ups and prizes hidden on some dungeons. That is not explained, but it is common on most games.
I can't believe you played 11 hours and you didn't understand anything!
We know, Kromaia is cryptic at the beginning, but not that much 1 hour later. It is strange and worrying from our side.
