Now that the new administration had time enough to get their sh!t together it is time review apb again in its current state.

After testing the new support department by several of our team we can only conclude that it’s still in a very bad position. We tested support with topics like account bound items, account recovery, cheat reports and a lot more. The results:

Support has:
• 4 out of 5 Little Orbit support employees have no clue how to restore lost items and are not willing to invest proper time to research the matter. In other words, they declined several players of having items back that the new administration managed to delete of player accounts right after their massive ‘unban’ methods.
• 3 out of 5 Little Orbit support employees refuse to restore lost accounts due to unaccessable email adresses, eventho the player presented large amounts of proof of ownership of the account.
• 4 out of 5 Little Orbit support employees have absolutely no knowlegde on how to spot a cheater when footage is presented to them. We tested this this with 9 differend reports of known cheaters and 1 report of a pro player with great natural map awareness skills. Out of the 10 tickets only 2 cheaters where banned AND 1 legit player on a brand new account (lol wtf?). So out of 10 tickets we have 1 false ban, 2 banned cheaters and 7 cheaters roam free. The 7 cheaters who still cheat use differend cheat providers (yes we know who you are) and have a simular playstyle and support failed to spot them.

Little Orbit has:
• Has been unbanning almost all banned player accounts in multiple stages. This includes banned accounts of bad decisions by GamersFirst, scammers AND real cheaters.
• Staffmembers playing with a known cheater live on stream, this tells us something about the research Little Orbit did on cheaters.
• Been allowing the altering of gamefiles to improve game stability, instead of that players altered way more then that making it a cheat configuration so they gain an advantage over regular players. Little Orbit know this but fails to take action.
• ‘hired’ multiple dodgy SPCT members who are associated with known current cheaters. One of the SPCT members even cheats (yes we have proof).
• Is unwilling to accept professional cheat detectors who work for free but are known in multiple other games doing the same thing. These cheat detectors are already working for multiple big game developers and publishers.
• Been ignoring forumposts containing content of truth, putting Little Orbit in a nasty bad spot.

Overall, in our opinion it’s not worth playing APB because of the poor management and the unprofessional and incompetent decisions Little Orbit makes these days. The fact that they try to hide behind their favourite slogan ‘this game is new to us’ makes it even worse. Every dollar/euro invested in APB as a player is a risk, a risk of losing your money.
