What exactly did I fork out £25 for? Twenty minutes of waiting around for files to download and constantly being told that it either can't connect to the server or that my username doesn't exist despite being registered on the site with the appropriate game key. Screw this shit, it's worse than the Old Republic. At least you can connect to that, even if the F2P gameplay is fucking awful...

These games are obviously supposed to be a rip on the Indiana Jones franchise, and boy do they fuck it up, big time. I played through the first, and, unimpressed, I hoped the second would be better. It wasn't.

First off, let me mention the graphical quality. Some rooms and vistas are stunning, and others are, to put it bluntly, not. I've seen better uses of UEngine in tech demos. Don't be fooled by the screenshots. The characters' movement is clunky and mechanical, and their faces are terrifying up close (and you will be seeing a lot of close-ups). The 'sexual tension' between the two leads is like watching puppets tangle.

The characters are terrible: Adam is an unlikable misogynist prick and Evelyn's a patronising bitch who talks to Adam as if he's a retarded schoolchild which, to be fair, he is. At the end of Episode Two Adam was being crushed by a pillar and Evelyn escorted off to be executed, and AFAIC, it's a better ending than whatever actually happens.
