From my then 13 year old brain, the awesome idea of StealthMonkey spawned. Later it was shortened to SM so that my various clan/guild tags could fit. Much later it was lengthened to esem to actually look like a name and not another tag. It's pronounced EHS-EHM. Not ehs-eem, eee-sehm, or ehs-um. Its 2 letters phoenetically spelt out so I don't expect you to understand how to say a fake word. But try.
I've played cs 1.6 since beta, tfc since day 1 and tf2 since I realized it didn't suck as much as I thought. I still play competitive cs:s and tfc and yes; I am way better looking than you.
