It's a bit like Minecraft, but better in my opinion becuase unlike in Minecraft you have an actual goal. You start out empty-handed and work your way towards the better weapons and armors so you can kill bosses and get even better stuff. You build house(s) where different NPC's move in. The NPC's all sell different stuff which you can use, for example the arms dealer sells different kinds of weapons and ammo. Great game overall, and well worth the money!
Brilliant game in every aspect. The game has a voice that narrates everything you do which really sets it apart from other games in the same genre. It's very effective and makes the game more enjoyable. The gameplay is a mix of action and RPG with lots of different weapons that you can upgrade and "Secret skills" that you can learn. Bastion is a very challenging game, especially if you activate the different "Idols" which makes enemies tougher but also gives you more XP and money. Overall, Bastion is a great game and a must-buy in my opinion!
The best war-themed hat simulator there is. 'Nuff said.
