Spamming the game with nothing but rushed and broken weapons and hats does not improve the game's quality at all (Rather the opposite), and neither does ignoring balance issues.

Being an action-based MMO, this game features zero cooldown on powers, so you got total freedom to use your powers in any way you want in battle. The customization in this game is great, and lets you play as any character you want. Do you want to be a gun-toting vigilante, a misunderstood dark and edgy demon, a steampunk robot, a Dr. Strange wannabee, a heroic clown, a undead crusader, a knight in shining armor, a werewolf, or a simple hero in tights? This game got it.

While I am at it, I would also like to mention Aftershock, Stronghold, and what little of Demonflame I managed to play. These are some great story arcs (I enjoyed the final battle in Stronghold!) Some of the missions (Adventure Packs) must be bought, but the devs have said that they aren't going to make more of the Adventure Packs, so expect free Comic Series (Episodic Series)
