Nice game abaut a roman soldier in the Second Punic War that fights and lives in the army of Publius Cornelius Scipio.

I love turn based games but this is a little flawed. There are a few very good fights, but overall it is too repetitive. Weapon system is tier based and restricted to each character specialization. I finished it because I didnt want to abandon it in the last act.

This game is awesome!

In my opinion, this is the best sci-fy 4X / Wargame to this day.

Some complain about graphics, but I think they are just perfect. I love them. It doesn't need bright colorful 3D animated figures and terrain features; it needs simplicity, clearity and utility. The counters are like those of a tabletop wargame, not easy to see in sci-fy genre.

It's not easy to understand at first but you can learn the basics by reading the rulebook and watching tutorials on youtube (i.e. DasTactic channel).

One of the best parts is the planet generation. It introduces the world you are going to live in and to fight for; from the type of star to the atmospheric composition. Brilliant.

There are many things to say about this game but reviewing is not my strongest skill...

Well, if you like wargames/4X games and you enjoy games in the complex side, get it. It is worth every euro spent on it.

Tactical game that flows through a campaign where you choose different locations and events during your quest.
Nice and smooth battles with many tipes of units and races, each one with its own skills and stats. There are several mechanics that make positionig important, like flanking or terrain modifiers, and magic plays a big role.
Leveling and gearing up your mercenaries let you shape your tactics.
Recommended for those who like turn based strategy, tactics and fantasy themed games.

Great game. One of the few (or the only) ever made this decade that gives you a true isometric post apocalyptic "Fallout-ish" adventure. Own lore, setting and style that makes you enjoy every bit of it.

Un RPG con una historia increiblemente bien escrita, personajes a los que llegas a ¨conocer¨y un gran realismo. Me encanta la variedad de armaduras y armas, todas fieles a la realidad. MUY BUEN JUEGO.

El juego trata de la gestión de un grupo de esclavos a los que entrenas en el combate para sacar dinero del espectáculo de su sangre derramada. Es un juego por turnos con el combate automatizado. Entre otras cosas, te encargas de contratar entrenadores, médicos, ojeadores y herreros, de mantener el lugar donde residen y entrenan los gladiadores, de su comida, la seguridad, etc., de eliminar rivales y otros asuntos.
Tu ojetivo es obtener fama y dinero mediante la celebración de exhibiciones (contra animales) y espectáculos en estadios (contra gladiadores). Puedes apostar, compartir ganancias de las entradas con tus esbirros, amañar y muchas más historias.
Totalmente rejugable PERO es repetitivo, por lo que con tres o cuatro campañas tendrás sufuciente.
Vale la pena si lo pillas en OFERTA.

Battle Brothers es un juego sobre la gestión de una banda de mercenarios. La banda tiene varias necesidades que cubrir como adquirir armamento, armaduras, comida, bienes para comerciar, nuevos reclutas, ganar renombre y buscar alianzas. para conseguir una banda que parta caras en condiciones hay que empezar aceptando contratos de poca monta, pero poco a poco, invirtiendo bien en equipo y subiendo características con cabeza, puedes empezar a batirte el cobre con otras bandas o nobles.
El combate es por turnos, sencillo pero con mucha estrategia. Cada tipo de arma tiene sus ventajas e inconvenientes, y cada enemigo también.
Muy recomendado para adictos a los combates por turnos y a calcular cada maniobra,.
