Storyline is incredibly lacking, but why does that matter when you can cause more destruction than raining hellfire?! Just Cause 2 is like a stereotypical high-budget Hollywood movie full of explosions, car chases, and shootouts. You play a government "agent" with infinite parachutes and a magic grappling hook. You can fly, scale buildings, pull pilots out of aircraft and then steal that aircraft, latch onto cars and shoot people from the roof, chain the car to the floor and watch it smash into other cars, and many other equally ridiculous things. All of that makes Just Cause 2 really, really fun.
