One of the best multiplayer games ever made. The Call of Duty and Battlefield franchises have nothing on this game.

Awesome game, and it's still being updated all the time. It's replay value is very high even without the updates, but Valve works hard to keep it fresh with new content even still. It was a good deal to buy when it cost money, and now that it's free you have absolutely no excuse not to be playing this game.

If you've never played the Half-Life series, then you'd better buy this game right this second. These games are not just some of the best FPS's ever made; they're some of the best GAMES, period. You don't really need to play the first one to understand what's going on in this one, but it would be better if you did.
