A rivoting tale about a small boy named Little Jimmy who wakes up in a terrible alternate reality due to the lack of grip in his sneakers and weak upper-body strength. Overcoming these horrifying handicaps he triumphs over a mysterious and enchanting world by fucking shit up.

This game will explode in to whatever environment you unleash it upon, it is twisted, malevolent and quite possibly illegal in several countries. (That's how you know it's good!)

If you don't buy it, kill yourself.

The game is a thinly veiled grind with a gameplay system that doesn't even try to pretend it's not just all set up to molest your wallet. On top of this the game scans your computer, picks up what steam accounts have been logged into and actually links all the accounts together.

Any mist energy accumulated is now linked between those accounts. So if you log into the game on a public computer, you now share that energy with 50 randoms. Enjoy!

Not recommended.

I'm going to start off this snippet review with a couple of disclaimers: One) I played the game with the Xbox360 Style PC controller (Wired) and Two) I have NOT played any game that I deem 'comparable' with Darksiders. [God of War, Shadow of the Collossus, etc]

What I will say is for the $10 I picked the game up for (Steam sales ftw!) this game is a blast. It may not do quite as good a job at immersing the player as say Devil May Cry 4 (Another game I'm playing with the same setup/controller) but it definitely does a satisfying job at making the player feel like they're a badass death-bringer.

Overall the combat is both rewarding yet not too challenging, the visuals can be quite stunning at times and although the game starts off linear and seemingly cliche`, it evolves in to a highly playable title (Speaking from 3hrs playtime).

For $10, why not give it a try?
