I did already look it up but I appreciate the answer. I've started getting matched against players who are a little better than me after playing people who even I was better than for a while. I'm definitely going to have to play bot games if I don't want strangers yelling at me.

Stupid question - how do I deny? I can't find a guide to mechanically doing that anywhere and right-clicking on friendly creeps at low health doesn't seem to do anything.
