Battlefield Vietnam was what got me into shooters in the first place, 2 is what made me realize I was never getting out. The true battlefield franchise (1942, Vietnam, 2, and to a lesser extend 2142) are unlike any other game outtheir. The game isn't all about constant firefights like most of the "toss grenade get 3 kills" games out now, it's about flanking, protecting, and ambushing on a map the size of a small city. It's a marvel of game making, and it's the perfect thing to get you psyched for battlefield 3.
