A very fun platforming challenge with a good mix of difficulty to satisfy both the casual crowd as well as the more hardcore completionists.

The main storyline takes a few hours to get through, and is moderately difficult in some places. The plot isn't much to write home about, and is largely just an excuse tto play through the Universe of VVVVVV, dodging spikes and locating your missing crew members.

After the main game, there are a variety of challenges available that keep replayability high, such as locating all 20 shiny trinkets and running through time trails of each of the game's levels. There's even an option to try to beat the entire game without dying once, a choice for only the most masochistic of gamers.

I wanted to write more about the game, but apparently there is a character limit. suffice it to say that if you enjoy platformers, you'll love this game. Definitely pick it up next time it's on sale.
