What are the Admin Recruiters?
The admin recruiters are a dedicated team, set on the sole task of getting people to join the Edge Gamers Organization. These are the players that go into the game, search for potential players that will make eGO even better than what it already is, and try and get them to join.
What do the Admin Recruiters specifically do?
The AR's (short for Admin Recruiter in case you didn't catch that) go into games, play a little while, look at a few players, and then if they feel that they want to recruit that person will approach them. As well AR's are the ones who post up the acceptance to new applicants (you know, the Welcome, Player Name! sheet) We also discuss ways to approach potential recruits, certain people to look out for and try to recruit as well as select which e's will be promoted to eG.
