One of the best current avaiable ARPGs.
Great itemization, endgame and class fantasy.

Please ignore the negative reviews, they are just caused by impatient ppl who couldn't wait for the launch issues to be fixed.
Dev's did a great job so far and i hope they will keep up the communication after all the sh** they had to take since day 1.

this game is a buggy mess, it does not value your time and the humor (which i personally found funny like 2% of the time) can not carry an otherwise below average game.

if you want an fps - look for it somewhere else
if you want an overall boring game, which stops you every few minutes for immature "comedy" - go for it.

to be honest, i don't get how the reviews for this game are this positive..
it starts out really strong but gets really annoying after a while.

personally i'd rate this game 3.5/10

the artstyle and the voice acting are really really awesome imo
but the negatives are just too much for me to recommend this game

to name a few:
- the complete inventory system is meaningless and annoying, doesn't add anything more than unnecessary clicks

- the background music bugged out in act 3 and was just a mess.. my ears need vacation now

- save system is bugged, doesn't show the savetime (just 01-01-0001 for every save) and you cannot rename the saves that causes other problems like: not beeing able to hit "continue" on the main menu because it will load the first save on the list, which is not the correct one 90% of the time (you have to load manually and guess the right save) this problem exists since launch and even though the dev's know about it - it's still not fixed

- the combat is REALLY slow and some bosses take forever to defeat, but you have to sit there and watch everything, since when it's your turn and your sanity is low.. the game forces you to react quickly (forced time-limit)

i'm sure all those problems could have been adressed and fixed by now, but for me it seems the dev's abandoned the game.

highly addicting gameplay, frequent updates, encountered only few bugs

Totally worth the price!

You play as Deathspank, a Dispenser of Justice, a Vanquisher of Evil, and a Hero to the Downtrodden, on your journey to get your hands on the "artifact"
Battle through demons, orcs, chickens, leprechauns and many more while completing your quests and filling your bag with awesome loot.

The gameplay mechanics are quite basic, but nevertheless fun.
The dialogues are really funny, i enjoyed the voices and had to laugh each time the main hero introduces himself by saying "My name is Deathspank!"

The game is about 7-10 hours long (took me 8h), which is not too bad for that price IMO.

After The Walking Dead this is the next game created by Telltale Games.

Just as with their last games they make you really feel that your choices do matter,
but sadly they don't matter that much after all.
This is the only real complaint i can make about this game.

Otherwise.. really nice story, great art style, nice soundtrack and an overall great adventure game.

After all those years that passed, after the release of this title, i can still enjoy this masterpiece.
Not everything is up to todays standards, but it aged well and is still looking somewhat beautiful.

For me this game is mostly about the storyline and the athmosphere.
Of course you can just shoot your way through Rapture and be done with it (which still takes longer than most games nowadays), but roaming around in this epic world, looking for clues to what happened in certain places and collecting as many audio logs as you can, to find out more about this story is what makes this game so special.

Must Buy IMO, it has been in quite a lot of really cheap deals and is worth every cent.

Worth to play through once if you buy it on sale or in a bundle, otherwise i would say the price point is too high for this short game.

Pros:
-Great pixelated visuals (even if this sort of style is quite overused by now)
-Interesting puzzles with music components
-Relatively good mobile port

Cons:
-Had some issues with the inventory controls..
-IMO really annoying background music
-Very Short game (2-4h - Took me 2,5h) There is New Game+ though, which has only a few minor changes

Highly enjoyable rhytmic platformer with interesting visuals.

Pro:
-Awesome minimalistic visuals
-Great sound design
-Top notch level design
-Easy to learn (hard to master)

Contra:
-Only 3 levels +3 hardcore mirror levels
-Too short for 5$ in my opinion
