It's basically DotA except it's name is all capitatlized now and it has better graphics, plus more humor and dialgoue here and there.

Basically, they're making it a lot like TF2

It's a good game since it has a higher longevity than Fallout 3 and has better DLCs in it. Other than that, the mods the community offer are more frequent since mods on FO3 can be ported to NV with a simple program.

If you're too scared to buy the DLCs of FONV because of experience from FO3's DLCs (which were REALLY BAD), FONV has it WAY different. It feels lke you NEED to buy the DLCs to understand it's story fully.

The game offers a lot more choices and sometimes a bit of diffuculty in choosing one since they added a new factor, Reputation. Maybe some won't care about specific NPC relationship, but reputation is something to really think about since it WILL affect other NPCs greatly, which could either make the game easier or harder.
