Basically, it's just a better looking less mod/hack friendly version of CS:Source with new guns. While there are casual modes, this version is obviously geared towards the more serious CS players, and was made with competition in mind.

Despite all of this I've still seen some people hacking; proving that it's still not possible to make a game void of illegitimate players. If there were such a game, I'm not sure I'd have as much fun, as I always consider hackers like the final boss of the day.
