A game that can be both action and stealth - a rare feat. Smooth controls, lots of gameplay freedom, and a genuinely good story. Couldn't reccommend it more.

War...war never changes.

Fallout, however, does.

Not too much from 3, but enough to make it a really great game.
Factions vie for your help, and at the middle part of the game, you're suddenly wide open with what to do. I really liked that aspect.
