Ok well.. I won this game on the steam gufts giveaway page otherwise I wouldn't normally have looked at it.

On start up the game is prone to some c++ crashes and start''s with no music.
Once in game, it takes you back to the old sinclair ZX spectrum days. Calling it a 16 bit game is wrong because Street's of Rage 2 was 16 bit and looked better to be frank.

This game put's me in mind of Manic Miner or Jetset Willy for the Spectrum 128K. I'm not saying that it's a bad game, Far from it. I'm saying that it's f**king hard, with a capitol F.

Anyone who say's the graphic's suck doesn't get the fact that it is part of the games charm. They are supposed to look like that. What's wrong with having graphic's like this in 2012? Games can look crap even now as long as they have the charm and the gameplay. Anyone who say's that the graphic's are all that matter is just an idiot who grew up on console gaming. You should buy yourself a Spectrum or a Commadore 64, or atleast download an Emulator to get the appeal of games like this to gamer's like me who grew up with these kind of games and graphic's.

The only real down side is the difficulty. It takes normally 1 hit too kill the player and the AI is a deadly shot with any weapon. If that was tonned down a little the game would be an excellent retro indie game.

Ok.. well what to say?

When it's not on sale, this game costs £12. When it is on sale it costs less than £10 which makes it exceptionally good value.

I have not played CS Sorce but I have played MW3 and in my humble opinion, this is just such a better game both in term's of game play and graphics. I honestly cannot reccomend this game enough for people who like 1st person shooters. Considering that it's 1/3rd of the price of both Black Ops and Black Ops 2, this is the bargain of the decade.

It features both an online multiplayer experience and an offline bot match experience with multiple game modes available.

I felt a bit conned at 1st that this game went free to play since I originally bought it for my PC on Origin for something like £9.99.

It's a decent FPS along the same sort of lines of COD but more humerous and I also think in some places, better graphics and sounds. It's different, that's what it is. The perk's, secondary and primary weapons and gadgets are all well thought out. Who would have thought that adding roller blades with a Katana and a heavy body would be so effective?

All in all, it was a bargain at £9.99 and now it's gone free to play, It's even better. I would definately recommend that anyone who likes fps games should try this, especially since it cosst you nothing to play now.
